I've got a mixed bag of lighting as well.

T-5's on my nano and 92 gallon displays.

Metal Halide and VHO's on the 268 gallon.

The 92 is going away and I have a new Solaris I5 LED system in the box waiting for the replacement tank.

I have 4X54W T5 from Hellolights. A really nice fixture for the price ($125+shipping).

I have an Aquatinics Constellation T5 fixture. 14 x 39w on three switches. Great color possibilities. Tank is a 220 (72 x 24 x 29H).

I just switched from a 3 x 250 watt HQI setup, running the Phoenix 14K bulbs in the Reef Optix 3 pendants. Less power used, and the corals like the T5 better (all softies).

On my 90gal reef I have 2-250 watt de helios 20k's with 2-54 watt ati blue plus T5's.
On my 120gal FOWLR I have 4-54 watt T5 tech light. Bulbs are 2 ati blue plus, 1 pro color, and 1 super actinic.

I have 2 x 250w XM 10k halides with 2 x 110w VHO super actinics. Just got two slightly used 400w MHs that I think I'm going to run 14k bulbs in but don't know if I'm going with VHOs or T5s for the actinic. I have 4ft VHOs running in the same room a 4ft T5s and I really cant see a difference.

What is the difference that you see? I'm kinda torn between VHOs and T5s.
