Is this something to worry about?
No amphipods are good, they act as scavengers eating detritus and what not moreover they act as a food source for many fish such as wrasses and dragonets. Aiptasia however is a bad type of anemone that spreads VERY fast and could sting your corals. Try pulling the infected coral out of the tank and remove it using a pin or a sharp object however make sure that you do not leave any bits behind that can regenerate. and DO NOT CUT IN THE TANK. I would highly advice you to look at the several methods of aiptasia eradication first. heres a nice article that has all the details.
