Can I get an id on this tuft of red algae growing on the back side of a frogspawn??

Is it sea weed? Good or bad?

Wild guess here, but maybe Asparagopsis? It's definitely a red macroalgae but need a better quality photo to confirm. It doesn't look like one of the really nuisance red algaes...
