so I got this ricordea last week at the fmas Frag swap, I got it due to how crazy it looks, I’m hoping someone here knows what type it is, the colors are insane and have been exactly the same color since putting it into the tank, I know it’s not the best picture but it’s the best I was able to get.

Probably a yuma, when the bumps are in rows and are smaller or bare towards the mouth, its a yuma. Hard to tell with this picture though

It does look like one of my other Florida ricordea but I was concerned in the coloring of it, I’ve never seen any of this color.

Do y’all think it will recover? The Biocube it’s in is running amazing, everything has the color popping

I have one like it too. Got it this way from the local fish store. Has grown twice is size. Is it bleached? Well it recover?

lIGHTING HAS AN IMPACT AND IT HAS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD TO RECOVER COLORS.

It's at the very bottom of my tank. It seems to be thriving there and has grown over twice its size since we got it. We have had it about 2 months. No sign of any color change yet

You think? Think it looks like a Yuma with the pattern of the "tentacles" we have a Florida ricordea and they don't look very similar. The Florida doesn't have the lines

Yuma is a type of ricordea. It is still developing at this size

It's way bigger than my Florida. This one is about the size of a half dollar the Florida has 3 mouths and each the size of a dime.
