Also do they bite..? lol I have seen others hold them and whatnot but they seem a lot cooler on the other side of the glass...

Looks like a micro brittle star. If that’s what it is, then they’re harmless

Definitely mini brittle stars. A very good critter to have in your tank as they will eat any uneaten food. They will not bother anything in your tank and stay small.

The other not mentioned top left of your first pic is an Asterina star. They can reach plague proportions if left unchecked in a nutrient-rich environment, and some species have been reported to eat coral.
Remove at your discretion.

Yeah I have lots of them... will eventually get something to take care of them. Do harlequin shrimp eat bristle stars too?

Harliquin shrimp eat tube feet, so any star fish or unrchin that has tube feet will be eaten, the brittle stars will be ignored.
