What type of T5 should I be using

Alright guys I have a question for all you I have a 48 inch 4 bulb T5 light fixture from odyssea with built-in timer. The question is if I have 7 bulbs I have a

blue Plus
Coral plus
Purple plus
Daylight 10,000K X2
Antanic X2

What bulbs would do the best in my aquarium

55 gal display
20 gal sump
1.023
8.2 pH
