What type of worm is this!?

So I lost power at my house and it is upsetting a MASSIVE worm population I've never even seen before. There are hundreds of them all over the glass and swimming up to the surface of the water. They swim really weird. They look like a fast moving squiggly line. They are maybe a quarter inch in length. Any clue what they are and if they are bad?

My guess would be epitokes

Thanks! Yea I'm thinking my one backup air pump wasn't enough air for my 75 gallon tank. All the worms came from everywhere and swam for the surface and my fish didnt look so good.
