What type of worm?

Hey so I had this tube, its been there eversince I gotten my cloves, and today I just saw a little featherduster looking worm thats brown and white fan outsprouts? I havent seen him at ALL for the past two months, just that tube looking thing. I always wanted a feather duster and I wanna relocate him safely to the floor.

These are the best pics I could get of this worm. I tried taking pics of him in white but as soon as I turned it to white he went back inside.Its really bad quality but its right behind the big front clover,
