What UV should I buy?

Hi setting up a new 150 gallon fish only tank! I'm thinking of buying a
AQUA ULTRAVIOLET 57 WATT UV CLARIFIER
uv light, I know its a over kill. Are there any pros or cons to getting a bigger uv then suggested?
Total water volume with sump is 180 gallons

I have that unit for my Reefer 450 (116g total volume). Works great. Ideally you choose based on flow rate of return pump vs tank size, but it sounds about right for your tank.

Thanks! I am using a echotech L1 return pump. I also see online there r 2 types of that uv light one is barbed and one is regular. Does that refer to the connection? Can u post a picture of ur uv light?

The barbed is for Vinyl tubing connections, the other is 2” PVC to use with hard plumbing. I used/prefer the latter but it depends on how your return is setup.
