What vegetables will my new foxface eat?

I got my first fox face about a week ago. He's doing well, and constantly eating algae in the tank. I offered him a bit of nori the other day and he loved it.

My wife and I do a lot of cooking, so there are always leafy vegetables around (mint, shiso, spinach, watercress, and various lettuces). Will a fox face eat ll or most of this stuff?

I know I can just do the experiments myself, but was wondering in advance.

Whatever you experiment with, consider blanching the vegetables first. I have not tried to feed vegetables to fox face fish, this approach has been successful with other herbivores.
