So I noticed my blue streak wrasse grabbing a colourless 2-3cm globule that was moving with the Water current.

He had a nibble but soon lost interest so I grabbed it and got it out. It had the consistency of a jellyfish or slime but was stringy and globule like.

Any ideas or questions that need answering?

You got it out of the tank... photos???

Could be anything..... with that description sorry.

Gonna put in a guess....hermit crab molt

I’ve got one red legged crab and assumed they’re molt would look like a shrimps?

This was like a globule of colourless transparent slime.

I’ve recently picked up a blue streak cleaner wrasse and have been told they can have a membrane when being transported. So could’ve been that maybe? Anyone heard of this?

Never seen anything like that off my bluestreak, had him since February, moved multiple times.
