What water conditioner is best?

I was wondering which water conditioner is best for a 10 gallon nano reef tank like my.

None. Always use RO/DI or distilled water and treatments and conditioners are not necessary. Water is the single largest ingredient in a reef system and everything depends on its quality and its stability so give your reef only the best.

Yes, distilled is basically the same as RO/DI, just a different way of treating it to get there.
