What we need is a Reef Spotlight

I surf this site religiously in search of inspiration, knowledge and information I don't currently possess.
What I'd like to see is those folks who have obviously mastered the hobby of not killing corals post their regimens and their "secrets" for folks who are lost in order to help guide people to a better understanding and hopefully a modicum of their own success.

Now I know there is more than one way to achieve success and that would be the point of this highlighted segment. Something for everyone.

IE dosing vs calcium reactor
Water changes vs dosing
Lightning schedule
Feeding
Socks no socks
Fuge vs scrubber
Testing schedule
Etc.

Something like this might help newer hobbyists better understand the full scope of what is required to achieve success if they see exactly what some aficionados do to maintain success.
