What will dissolve alkalinity precipitation?

I’m looking to clean this small beaker I have that is coated with alkalinity precipitation. What can I use to dissolve it?

As noted, any acid. Vinegar is much slower than muriatic (even after 1:10 dilution with RO/DI) because the pH is much higher in vinegar.
