What worm is this?

A buddy of mine sent me a picture asking me what type of worm this was. I couldn’t get a good answer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Isopod sp. There are over 10,000 species of isopod worldwide, with around 4,500 species found in marine environments.

Good or bad?

Most are good. The bad are pretty darned bad. That one ... I don't think it's one I've seen before, but it bears a closer resemblance to the good ones than to the nasty cirolanids.

I'd be tempted to release it into my display.
