What would be a good livestock option?

Been tossing around the idea of a small tank roughly 10 gallons or so just to have in the bar area of my kitchen. Not really sure on what I could put in them that would be good to look at and all. What ideas would you give me?

Pistol shrimp + goby is always a fun thing to watch. Bonus is that they are low waste and stay out of the way of most other fish.

I like gobies myself. I don’t plan of doing to many fish as it is, thought about a good set of corals to grow in there
