What would be the best protocol for moving across states?

I might have to move this year, and the only thing I'm dead set on bringing with me in my blue hippo tang. I love her too much to let her go.

What would be the safest way to insure she survives?

It is a 13 hour drive, and very unlikely I will be able to set up a tank in the new location before I get there..
