I just saw these small things on the tank side and just suprised. What would be these things? Should i avoid them? If they are harm to corals or my fish what should i do?

I cannot tell for sure, but they look like the white ghost ones shown in the link.

I can kill them with my hand too but if it is not harmful, i wont do it.
