The second guage on my regulator, that measures pressure, has dropped. I unscrewed the regulator and reattached, and the pressure went back up, but over the course of a few days has fallen back down. Any ideas?

Looks like there's a leak somewhere. By second guage, I'm assuming you mean the high pressure guage that measures the tank pressure. This is what I learned while building my own regulator by reading Alanle's build your own regulator thread on RC.

If the high pressure side drops and the low pressure side stays at 0, then there is a leak at the regulator to tank connection. Make sure you're using the nylon washer between the cga-320 nipple and tank. Do a soapy water test to try to isolate the leak... easy fix.

If the pressure on the high pressure side drops while the low pressure side rises from 0 to 30ish you have and internal leak in the regulator. Throw it in the trash and get a new one.

*Edit - this is assuming that you have a dual stage regulator.

I am not sure which guage is which lol. I do have dual guages. The left one stays the same while the one on the right has dropped. Gauges

Most regulators for any application the gauge Closest to the tank valve is tank pressure and the Other is the regulated exit pressure. 99% of them that means the left is tank and right is down steam pressure.

Essentially, the guage that reads into the thousands, generally 0-3000psi measures the tank pressure, as tank pressure should be around 800 - 900psi. The output working pressure guage should read no more than 0-200psi.
