What would leave this.....

I'm still getting my tank totally back in order and was about to clean the pot and noticed these weird patches. Any idea of what would leave something like this? Was taken out about 3 weeks ago and placed in a gallon freezer bag and not touched until a few minutes ago.

You are 100% correct!

But on the pot I'm not sure with it might be, can you take a better picture of it?

That's exactly what was on it in the last 2 pics, sent the pics 2 my wife as she bagged it. Just making sure I didn't have something crazy going on. Didn't realize coraline could stain like that.

I think you're right it might just be Coraline stains. I have seen it go white but never stain before kind of an interesting find.

That looks like what's on my mag. Glass cleaner,have always assumed it's coralline algae
