What Would Reefers Do?

I would make sure your RODI water is at 0 TDS.
continue to make large b water changes as those help remove the cause of the algae. I'd change water twice a week which isn't difficult in a small tank.
load up GFO and cahnge every few days for a month.
send a water sample to ICP before making above changes to see whats causing the algae.
Change carbon weekly.
make sure your skimmer is working optimmally.

Quick update:

I changed my feedings from flake mix once a day to small amounts of frozen mysis shrimp twice daily.
I did a round of fluconazole and have been doing water changes twice a week.
All that combined with my two little mithrax crabs who seem to just tear through algae things are looking much better.
Thanks again everyone for your suggestions! Here are a couple current pics

Good to hear the fluc and the food change is working for you.

Do remember that fluc is really just a reset on the algae. Unless that was BRYOPSIS, the green hair algae will return to its full glory if you give it enough light and nutrient.
