Upgrading my tank and I have some specific things with my set up that I want to change. I want to solve any possible problems before the tank is wet. So, if you could change anything about your set up, what would you change?

Different tank shape, wider and not so tall... needing a ladder for everything, even feeding your fish, is not funny

Well my DT is plumbed to the basement where the sump is. So in doing that, I put the sump in the best spot to limit length of plumbing (almost directly under the DT). But that also created a tight working area for everything like maintenance and moving equipment around. My next setup is going to have the sump in the best area for maintenance and working area, regardless of the length of plumbing. Also have all plumbing runs equal (one of my overflows is longer than the other, but was the only way to do it with where I put the sump)
