So I ordered from an online vendor the following



talked to the vendor yesteday and was notified the red streak acantho wasn’t looking too well so he was going to replace it with something special as well as give me some freebies for the inconvenience.

so I’m like cool whatever I’m sure it’ll be a great order and dude is making it right.

got my order today and the two cynarina I ordered isn’t the right one. My green Acantho is missing but was accidentally bagged for a “indophyllia” that looks like this… which I think is just another cynarina.

And the special replacement is a greenish acantho

He did add in a acan and I’m assuming elegance for the inconvenience on the red stripe Acantho I wanted but I’m still feeling a little screwed.

I'm sorry, it sucks when things happen.

Sounds like they were trying to do the right thing and fill with replacements.

The elegance looks pretty freshly cut. I'd watch that one for sure

Ide reach out to vendor and explain where you’re at on it. And if you did agree and accept the replacement terms without knowing what exactly you were getting that’s definitely a coin toss.

I think what I’m confused about is that I bought 2 Acantho. Fine one is crap and you’ll replace it with another Acantho (which I didn’t mind) but what happen to the 2nd one I was supposed to get? Lol

I wouldn’t be happy to be honest. You agreed on a replacement for one acantho but not the other. I think I’d either reach out and ask them to send the correct acantho or refund the price of the green acantho.
