What would you ID these as

I picked up this disc at a LFS and was curious to hear what the speckled one mostly resembles.

Two possibilities I can think of: Utter Chaos or Ultimate Chaos.

Supposedly, the Ultimate has a green mouth. But I'd leave the last word on that type of nuance to the Zoa fanatics

Not an utter/ultimate chaos.

What you’ve got there is an absolute gem that resembles (but is not) a dayglow volcano.

The speckling and green in the skirt is particularly nice. I’m surprised someone didn’t grab that and immediately chop it up.

I’ve seen a lot of good pucks come in since indo opened back up but this one takes the cake. Assuming it’s mariculture you’ll need to see what it does over the next 4-5 months as it acclimates to captivity - and whether it morphs.

Yeah I was stuck with between dayglo, a maul morph. Some suggested campfire and nightmares. It was a reef raft disc so I will sit on it see what it does and sell a couple of em.

Time will tell. I'd agree campfire is likely the most appropriate given the red and the green. I've seen a few of these recently via @Grossman90 and blue line coral.

As a side note I've seen and worked with a number of mauls that'll pick up green over time in captivity. Excited to see what these do for you.
