What would you pay for this Rainbow Bubble Tip?

Looking to pick this Bubble Tip up from my LFS soon. Just wondering what you think it is worth to make sure it's a good deal.
I don't want to post what he is charging me right away to see what you guys think is a good price.

i've seen Rainbows go from $60 to $250. I paid $75 for mine.

Love the green in the center. I just had mine split and it has that coloration.

How large is it? The average size RBT anemone I would say normally goes for around 50 here.

They're on our local forum all the time for $40-75 so I wouldn't pay much over that (especially when I can trust the source over most LFS).

Ok, so it's right in there. He offered it to me for $70 It's a pretty good size. I'd say it's about 6" diameter. I am also picking up two Black Ice Clowns from him.
