You have mostly smaller fish on your list which is cool.

I have more than that in my 108 gallon display / 33 gallon sump!

I voted medium. But if you had a light/medium category, I would've voted that.
Most of your fish are small.

It’s definitely low for me, I think i have way more fish than that in around 175g!

So your good to go back to the LFS for some more stock! Lol

IMO - the bio load is not about how many fish you have - it is more likely how much food you put in every day. You can have many fishes but if you feed them sparsely - the bio load is low.

I feed 3x per day, but i only feed a small amount. About enough for them to eat in less then 1 minute

I'd say light to medium. I suppose light if you starve them; medium if you keep them in good shape (why anyone would intentionally do the former I cannot imagine). By comparison, I have over 100 fish in my 450 which I would most definitely judge to be heavy. I feed about 12 cube-equivalents per day. Assuming 3 feedings is in the 3-4 cube-equivalents, that's probably medium for 200 gallons.

The ratings you gave her relative to your expectations actually.

If you expect to have a low maintenance system, for example. that's a pretty high bio-load.

I change 10% weekly and i scrape my glass once a week. I clean my protein skimmer every other day and algae scrubber once a week

What is starving and what is overfeeding of fishes is a tricky question. The dry food we use is very powerful - often adapted for fish farms and therefore made to provide rapid growth and is not like the natural food. Normally - aquaria fishes are both larger and more fatty compared with wild ones of the same age. I feed only with frozen food and some of my fishes does not grow very fast - but they are rather healthy in spite of this.

I feed mine purely high quality frozen as well.
