What wrasse do I have?

Got him for $30 and he's labeled as "assorted flasher wrasse".

My first instinct is that it's not a flasher but a fairy, but at the same time without seeing the fins open and the pics being so blurry I can only guess.

Maybe Cirrhilabrus rubeus? @Slocke @i cant think ? Fin's are tucked in tight, so can't quite tell.

Reminds me of a white belly or silver belly but I’ve only had them in yellows. That’s pretty

This is a Cirrhilabrus species, from the Rubriventralis complex. However a white light photo with the fins displaying would be best for identification.

Cirrhilabrus rubeus is the most likely answer however the pelvic fins is a big differentiator for most in the Rubriventralis complex.
