What's a good ATO for a 20G sump?

Hi folks,

What's a good ATO system for a reef tank? I have a 20G Long sump that I am using, and the return chamber holds anywhere between 3 and 4 gallons.

I want something that's reliable and has a fail safe so the pump shuts off when ran dry.

Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 works very well

Depends on your display also. My personal favorites are Tunze. Total water volume under 50 gallons I’d recommend the Tunze 3152. Over 50 gallons check out the Tunze 3155. Both will need a separate float switch and controller setup if you want to kill the pump if the reservoir gets too low. I actually don’t know if any ato will cut off your pump if a float switch and separate controller is not installed.
