I normally dont use flake foods but here lately with work and with my son playing ball I find myself not having time to thaw out frozen PE mysis. That ends up with my fish not getting feed often enough. Ive always skipped a day when feeding but over the last couple months Ive noticed my fish not as fat as they where so when Im in a rush I need sumthin I can feed so I can keep them happy and back fat. Whats some good flakes?

They sink, but the fish love them so much they hunt them all down. :)
I've been feeding my fish predominantly this stuff for the past three years. They get some frozen maybe four times a month. Whenever you pass by the tank toss a pinch in. Two to three pinches will keep them all happy.

Thanks Ill see if my LFS has any or Ill have to wait til I make a order somewhere to get some

Spectrum is good, or Ocean Nutrition, they have garlic already integrated into the food.

+1 to Mike, I use the Marine Thera A formula I believe. It has anti parasitic formula (big words for garlic)

Thanks guys. I called my LFS and they said they already had some ordered and should be there Fri so Ill pick some up and go from there

i use the formula one and two pellets and they go nuts over them. I feed a red sea sailfin, purple tang, sixline wrasse pair of true percs. also feed frozen and nori

I also use Marine Thera A. I prefer flake because after you get it wet it floats in the tank vs. sinking to the bottom.
