Does this appear to be a sebae anemone?

Really? Never seen a pice like this have feeding tentacles.

Not sure what it is, but unlikely that it is an anemone. The fluid filled structures look like they are attached to the coral. How long have you had this piece? they could be egg sacs of some kind.
Gotta love this hobby, something new every day.
Keep us posted.

They definitely have feeding tentacles. I just haven't seen them that plump. They are thinner on mine.

You will want to learn to test your water at home. Whenever something is strange in the tank, it is good to verify parameters. Our corals will tell us when something is wrong. This may end up being nothing, but at some point, you will see coral appearance change and you will want to verify that everything is ok.
I use salifert test kits and hanna checker for alk.

Not my picture, but this is an example.

That is a feeding response and those are the tentacles of the polyp head.

These are tunicates. Not my image.

There a probably thousands of different types of Tunicates. They come in a wide range of colors and shapes.

@Lionfish Lair.

Let her take a look. I do not believe that the unknown is part of the anatomy to the coral They are an attachement.

I thought they have a shell. Either way I am not that familiar with tunicates as I have not seen them in person. If tunicates are harmless, then it seems you are good anyway.
