What's creeping out?

So I had a Fire and Ice frag die on me. Now cause of circumstances, I didn't notice till late, and ended up just leaving the glued frag plug in there (water stayed fine).

Today I noticed something growing out from underneath the rock on the plug. Definitely doesn't look like a fire/ice zoa. Any guesses? ( Sorry best quality I could do) you can see it waving in the water at around 4 o'clock from the snail

crap, that was my worry. Could aiptasia been hiding under the frag for weeks and grow?

well, popped off easily enough (unfortunately, so did another one, so its just chill'n at the bottom by itself for now).

Now the watch and wait...

no, All of my rock is not glued together, so I took the rock out and then popped off the frag plug. didn't touch the aiptasia at all.
