What's eating my fish!?

Not suggesting that whatever this is killed my tail spot, but what is it!? Fish looked healthy last time I saw it (a day or two ago). Looks like it got thrashed. Maybe in my vortex? Anyway, not sure but something looks to be consuming it. Any ideas?

Pull the fish out and see if it's a ball tip anemone. If it is, he's just eating whatever happen to fall into it's mouth.

Looks like some sort of anemone is my only guess. Nothing new in my tank for ages. Seems confusing. Weird injury on the fish as well. Looks like a fish that has been cleaned for human consumption.

When I pulled it out, it had a good hold on it. I'll have to look into the ball tip idea. Thanks

But other way,why it dont eat the fish ..
