What's going on with george?

So I've had this BTA for about 2 months and he goes from happy to sad quite often. But today he looked like this. Can anyone explain what's his malfunction. Ph is about 8.2 nitrates less then 10 nitrites 0 ammonia 0. I have a blue throat trigger, yellow eye cole tang, 2 clowns that won't host and a starry Benny. Few CUC left that whoever's been beating up haven't gotten too yet. I'll upload his current happy state in a few

Not his typical happy self but big improvement from earlier. His foot remained attached the whole time also

How long have you had it

About 2 months. Most days he's happy. Water temp is 78.5 also. For light I have the fluval sea 2.0 48" on a 48" 120g tank.

What are your other parameters? And how long has this tank been set up?

I just got the red sea test kit for the other big 3 haven't tested them yet. I got the tank 3 or 4 months ago already running and establish for couple years. Took 75+% water all sand and rock. Been using ph balance and stability with Rodi water with a 1 on the tds meter. Low as I can get it.

I used to have the same thing. When my lights just turned on/off or the lights have been off he will shrivel up.

You might want to take a look at your other ones, like the Calcium, Phosphate, and Alkalinity.

Yea I'm going to test those next. He was shriveled up when I got home which would have been about hour after break period on light but on for about 6 total hours

Water parameters, not so concerned with. Lighting schedule I am so concerned with. I have other obligations at the moment but will answer you as expediently as possible. If you could please post a link to your light and your personal lighting schedule as well as spectrum if it's relevant that would be a HUGE help.

So far looks like magnesium is approximately 1200ppm

Alkalinity about 12.6 dkh probably little off with numbers my eyes aren't the greatest would love for digital tests and 385 ppm for calcium salinity is at 1.024
