What's going on with Modular Marine?

Ordered an overflow box from them last week. Got an email confirmation of purchase, and money taken from PayPal. Email also said I'd get another email when shipped. Still nothing. Reached out to them 3 times with no response. I wouldn't be upset if they were back ordered or something, but communication is key. Any one have any news on them? Still in business? Most people I've talked to about them say they are very responsive to emails.
