Whats going on with my Acros?

This morning I was looking at the tank before the lights came on and the tips of these Acros seem to be white. I'm not sure if they have always been like this or if I'm having an issue. What do you think? Any course of action recommend if there is an issue?

Hard to tell from picture but may be new growth. Need to know water parameters and tank setup and routine.
