What's going on with my clownfish?

Lately my clown just swims at the waterline sideways
She kind of has a blank look in her eyes what could be wrong with her?

Any new additions to the tank? Even corals/inverts? Have you tested all water parameters (especially ammonia)?

The only new additions where a cleaner shrimp and a torch coral the were put in while all my fish were in quarantine all of the other fish are fine

Mine sleep like that, But only during moonlight. They swim around tank during the day

Did you go fallow for a disease? If so:

• Which disease?
• How long did you go fallow for?
• How did you treat the fish in QT?

• How long did you go fallow for? About 5 weeks
• How did you treat the fish in QT? Metro plex and rally

Yes but only the one clown my other clown is fine.

I also did a bleach treatment to get rid of Dino but I did water Changes and dosed prime

@Humblefish I moved the clown down to the bottom of the tank with a net and it looks like it starts to float up then it swims down

This sounds like a swim bladder disorder. Do you see a protrusion near the swim bladder area?

Sorry for the late reply, looks normal other than her acting weird this all started after moving her from quarantine.

Snow peas are fine, as those are high in fiber.

I would get the clown back into QT asap to see if there is a change in behavior and to be able to proceed with meds.

All the other fish are great except the clown she just swims sideways at the top of the tank my other clown is doing awesome.
