I would keep going with the marcyn 2.... Probably keep him in there for 2 weeks total. Make sure he doesn't relapse.

Usually QT should be about 30 days. But for the diagnosis for what was originally wrong I personally don't think that it could be a brain issue. I used to do marine aquaria collection for the state of California and would often bring Sharks into the trade. A lot of times, when they are acclimated to quickly to warm water they will swim irregularly like your flame angel. They still eat, and they will still avoid rocks and the walls, but they do have the irregular swimming and slowly degrade. But if put back into colder water they get better. Is there a large temperature difference between the QT and DT? Or was there ever a heat spike or cold drop?

Hi, no the issue happened after it being in my DT for about a month. He started swimming weird and upside down.

I know, symptoms usually don't present till about a month or two

Thank you guys! Yeah, he's one of my favorite ones and I'm glad he's feeling better. He's still a little wobbly, but he eats well and is active.
