What's going on with my pocillopora?

I bought this frag with a small amount of hair algae on part of it. I noticed the calcium carbonate shell started deteriorating around it. It seems to have gotten worse. Can someone tell me what they think is going on with it?

It looks like that spot is dying off. Best bet would be to cut off the dead decaying part and let it grow back. Was it like that when you got it or started doing it after you introduced it to your tank.

What are your parameters and lighting. This coral generally likes high flow high light. Mine is getting huge

Nitrates and nitrate 0-1 ppm ammonia the same phosphates idk but I've been using phosguard for the past few weeks to bring them down to as close to 0 as I can. It's receiving high, varied flow and Im running 2 hydra 26 hds mounted 10" from surface. Everything else is growing great but this one spot on this coral
