What's going on with my Torch?

Ever since the day I brought it home (few weeks ago) all polyps on this head would fully open except this one side. These last few days the polyps on this side were completely deflated and the flesh around the skeleton seemed to be receding. Also noticed some white fuzz on the skeleton too, visible in all photos. Kind of surprised, my tank is 7 months old and until now, everything has grown well (Acan has gone from 3 heads to 16, Octospawn's head has split into 3, etc). Does this look like cause for concern?

First photo was taken with the lights on earlier today. Last 3 photos were taken just now, so lights were off and it was closed up.

No Alk swing that i'm aware of. Calcium and Mag were sky high last time I tested which is a first, salt must not have been stirred thoroughly. It was in some pretty high flow for a a few days before I moved it to low flow where it's been the last week or so.
