What's Going On With My Zoa Colony?

This is my colony of Punk Rocker Zoas that closed up about a week ago and has slowly been dying off. No clue what's going on. I don't believe it to be Pox. I've observed after lights out with nothing abnormal and my parameters are all in check with multiple tests, water temp is 77-78 and all my other zoa colonies are fine and thriving. This colony has been in my tank for about 2 years. Any clue?

I lost a zoa colony the same way. My problem was alkalinity dropping.

I Do Not See POX But I Do See an Aiptasia.

There Could be other Issues but definetly get Rid of the Aiptasia.

Any Change sin the Tank Like Lighting?

Moving them to Higher Flow May Help.

Honestly, I am battling a horrible Aiptasia outbreak right now. Perhaps that is the problem?

No changes to lighting.
The flow in that spot in my tank is really good.
Parameters are all spot on. I've checked multiple times.

I've had similar mysterious die offs too. There are two things that work for me:

1. Most effective is a Furan-2 dip. This assumes you can get whatever needs dipping out of the tank. Not possible for most in my tank.
2. Two back-to-back Chemiclean treatments of the tank and dose vitamin C. The Chemiclean alone nor the vitamin C alone seem to do the trick, but the combination works and works quickly IME>

I've been thinking of trying Furan 2. I'll have to give it a go now. Thanks!
