What's going on with my zoa?

Hi all, had this zoa for over a year now and even from the start it began to change and the pic is the latest state of it. Is it normal for them to eventually go grey? The grey bits are very much alive, in fact when the blue and white lights are off they are a lime green sort of colour, weird (I often look in my DT when it's dark, amazing what life you see!).

Any thoughts? When I first started to see them change I initially thought I had a crop of aiptasia living amongst the zoa, but it appears to be exactly the same shape etc. The water conditions/parameters are as near as perfect as could be hoped for, plenty of movement of water though the system (over 350 US gallon tank) and everything appears to be perfectly healthy. Am I just being paranoid?

looks like different prototpalys are starting to take over the colony, eventually it'll smother and kill the zoanthids, best bet is to frag whichever coral you want to keep and toss or donate to LFS the other pieces, good luck

Calcium's fine, checked that and have a gyractor running. At one point thought it might be down to lighting as using T8s rather than MH, but the DT is in a double glazed conservatory so is getting plenty of natural daylight as well.

This looks to me like what is happening.
