Whats going on with these Palys??

I have no idea whats going on with these. First it looked as is something was picking on the flesh, now it looks like the body is seperating and growing multiple skirts??
Weird? Anyone know?
Also ever seen these before? pic is not the best but all i have is a point n shoot

Well, I split these from the mother colony about 3 weeks ago and it started to do this about 2 weeks ago. Here is a pic of the mother in a different tank under 250mh they look normal

thought id share some updated photos of these weirdo palys. this is from today. Im seeing 4-5 layers of skirts on some. One its mouth is being covered by the skirt spreading... Strange!!
