Whats going on with this green monti?

Its not a Great video I know, if need be I can take it with more white light.

White strings coming from the polyps of this green monti cap. Is he hungry? or just ticked about something?

I know those phosphates are high, but honestly everything in my tank has nice color and is growing quite nicely IMO, but I am trying to slowly lower them with a better feeding/water change schedule.

Things I dose:
2.5mL of NOPOX - probably time to start cutting back as most of the hair algae has died back.
2 mL of ESV Bionic 2 part - tank eats up about .5 dkh daily
ReefRoids - 2x Week

Looks like its releasing slime. Did you try blowing off or removing it at all?

Yea sucked up most of it with a baster and it looks like it was on the losing end of a fight with a neighbor. Going to move it to the other frag rack and see if it heals up.
