What's going on with this one ?

Hello everyone,

This one is in my tank for more than 6 months. For the last one month or so I have been noticing that its not been doing good... not opening fully... Any ideas ?

Water Parm :

Alk - 8.0 ~ 8.2
Ca - ~ 430
Mg ~ 1350
Temp 77 - 78 F
No3 ~ 15
Po4 ~ .50 ppm
