I started my cycle last Tiesday with Tim's one and only and bottles ammonia. I used some leftover rock and sand from the guy I bought the tank (now that I typed that its probably the problem), anyways I've been testing and I added ammonia the first day and today when it hit 0 (probably not the best idea). My levels seem crazy for being only a couple days old. Is there anything I can do or do I need to restart? Should I double check with my LFS? I have added the screenshots from the previous tests and the picture of the tubes is from today.
Thanks in Advanced

Just let it cycle. It’s only been 6 days. Also, work on keeping temp and salinity from swinging so much. ;)

Agree. Tanks can sometimes take weeks to properly cycle

Haha I'll try Im probably over stressing, the thing is should I keep adding amonia and if so how often my tanks empty and if theres no ammonia wont the cycle stall? Just trying to do it right!

You can throw some fish food in there and let it break down. You said you added rock and sand. Was it live rock and sand?
It’ll take weeks to fully cycle.

Nitrite at 5 might be holding you back. When it gets really elevated, it can inhibit the ammonia eating bacteria. Your nitrates will test disgustingly high if you have any detectable nitrite, so don't stress over that.

Like everyone says, it takes a few weeks or so. We get it though. The testing and the anticipation.... seeing any progress ;Bored ;Bored ... it's a lot of fun in a painful way. I'd give it a day or three without ammonia and hope to see the nitrite come down. Often, nitrite is the slow kid.

@Sebastian A. Don't add anything else, not even ammonia. Let it run for another week and you will see how get cycled. I cycled mine and took 3 weeks. Be patience..
