What's growing in my Chaeto?

I purchased my Chaeto from Algae Barn and after having in the tank for a few months I went to remove some and found these mostly growing on the bottom and kinda looking like roots or spaghetti.

Good or bad?

How to get rid of it?

My guess are pineapple sponges. Not bad, but im not sure if they would hurt anything if they grow too much in your macro. My guess is they will be fine.
