whats growing in my tank

help i have a 10g tank that was set up with sand and rock out of a cycled tank, i'm getting tiny bubbles and a flourecent green stuff growing on the rock, i have a emerald crab, 2 peppermint shrimp, cucumber, bleeney, tomato clown, using a hob filter with pink, filter and chemipure(?), i'm doing water changes weekly approx. 1.5 gal, topping off with rodi water, any suggestions to combat this issue

The red is cyano....the green looks like normal green algae.

I can't tell you that that purple stuff is cyano. What are your phosphate and nitrate levels?

nitrates 0, dont have test kit phosphates, i take it thats important to check as well??, i do ph, nitites, nitrates, amonia, and salinity, thet are all in check
