Looks like pineapple sponges. Totally harmless filter feeders.
 
I started it myself and I'm still learning :)

Likely Spirorbid Worms. Also harmless
Filter feeders. Newer tanks tend to have a bloom of these types of life until your nutrients hit an equilibrium. Extra food in the water = more reproduction if filter feeders. Usually there’s a population explosion and then a die back.
