whats growing on my hammer?

hey guys, I've had this hammer for 6th months, it was very happu but then i upgraded my display tank, now its started to grow this structure that expels a string (zooxanthellae or feeder, not sure). anybody know what this is?
The structure Im referring to orange in color located on the front under the heads.

Vermetid snail. Mucous net can irritate corals.

Thank you! ever since it appeared, hammer has never opened the same. Looks like thi snail steals their food
