What's growing on my tank?

My tank has been up and running for a couple years. I relocated to another part of the room about 6 months ago. This strange dirty white stuff growing on every thing. I clean it off the tank and filter and it's back again within a day. I haven't cleaned the ship off since I relocated it. It doesn't bother the fish, as I have a pair of Clownfish that have laided eggs. Please help! All the water tests come back fine.

Is your pump blowing bubbles? Could be some algae or diatoms with bubbles attached to them.

I do have a bubbler separate from my pump. But I have similar setups in all of my other 3 Saltwater tanks. This one is just acting different.

the dots aren't something living, perhaps? Maybe baby limpets or ? I've got limpets multiplying in my tank right now but they're not anywhere near as populous as what you show. Thanks for stumping us!
